I offer an unique approach to my consultations. Since we live in the United States we will have cultural differences from China so in addition to using Eastern bagua (9 life areas) I incorporate a 12 parted Euro bagua system using the solar system and a location chart that is generated from your astrological chart. Among the most important Feng Shui concepts is the one of the bagua. The bagua is the map of Feng Shui which is the tool I use to evaluate each living or working space. This map's shape is an octagon which is divided in 12 different areas. Each area corresponds to 12 main areas of life and allows me to identify the position of each one of those areas in the space I am evaluating. I incorporate compass Feng Shui, yin/yang balancing, 5 element theory (Very important for harmonizing our environment), and the solar system that measures the unseen energy fields (Chi) present in homes, buildings and the environment. My goal is to create an environment that is advantageous to one's health and well-being. The remedies provided by any Feng Shui consultant should always blend in with your decor to help create harmony.

*Ask about quarterly Flying Star Feng Shui analysis of your home or office. (In Flying Star Feng Shui, every building has a Flying Star natal chart with different patterns of energy in each compass direction determined by the year it was built and the compass degree it faces. Every building has positive flying stars and negative flying stars.)

No two consultations are alike. Each Feng Shui consultation is personalized and tailored to the needs and life purpose of the occupant or occupants occupying the space. The length of your consultation depends on the size of your property. Three hours is the average min. time spent at a 1700-2000 sq ft. home.

The agreed cost is confirmed in writing prior to my visit. Fees are quoted fully inclusive of preparation work, traveling, your site consultation, a written report, and follow up conversations to ensure you get the best possible results.

Requirements for a Consultation:

*Floor plan of your home-architectural is best, but can be drawn including stationary objects like fireplaces and half walls. (Each floor level drawn on a separate piece of paper to include basement if applicable as I will need to see the rooms as they are next to each other on each floor.)

*Information about your property (who lived there prior/what exists there prior, etc.)

*Dates of birth and time of birth of everyone living in the home.

* Reasons for scheduling your consultation.

On Site Consultation:

Accurate compass directions are taken for front door or your facing direction first, then I will spend some time walking the exterior using form school and compass school theory as well as focusing on the interior surroundings to determine whether your property is affected by other adverse environmental energies, (EMF's, Geopathic Stress). I do this by using my dowsing tools over the property to determine if these energies are problematic and need to be addressed through earth acupuncture. Earth Acupuncture is the perfect complement to a Feng Shui consultation (will be explained at time of consult) and I always include it as such.

Together we will go through each room looking at direction, layout, position of key furniture, colors, lighting and other general features using 8 trigram zoning with your floor plan. At that point Feng Shui enhancements will be recommended to balance and harmonize chi energy patterns, strengthen weak sectors of the premise, and positively activating areas of your life where you are experiencing difficulties.

Fees:

You will find my fees to be consistently lower than my professional peers with similar training or experience. My rates are very affordable and I charge either a square foot rate or an hourly rate, whichever is the fairest price for the project. I look forward to a long term relationship with you.

Follow up: You may call me or email me any time for as long as you like if you have any questions or concerns. All follow-up information is free of charge as long as I do not come back out to your home.

Residential: (Min 2hrs)

Traveling: ($25 fee for traveling 20 miles or more to any consultation site in New Jersey will be applied.)

Phone (off-site) Consultations

Private phone consultations may be scheduled by appointment to answer specific Feng Shui questions you have related to your home, or business environments. Rates are billable at $75 per 30-minute segment (one question). Minimum of $75 for each phone call applies. Advance deposit of $75 required via check or money order. In order to perform off-site consultations I will need a rough floor plan, site plan, list of questions, pictures if you have them, payment, etc. Once I receive them and review we can discuss your life challenges.

E-mail Consultations

You may also e-mail your questions if you prefer a written reply. Rates are billable at $75 per 30-minute segment. Minimum of $75 for each written response (fee includes related preparation and analysis time of one question.
